Verführung am Meer / Seduction by the Sea (1963)
I don't know how I missed this one - I've had it since 2017. I must have a few more that I didn't catalog properly.
Elke Sommer teases throughout this film but finally gives a glimpse when changing (caps 18/19) though she is show topless earlier in a water reflection (cap 12). She goes for a nude swim which gives a few fleeting glimpses. We get the full view when she is sunbathing in the nude (cap 24) and even gives a far off bush shot (cap 26). Rosenmontag (1955) has this very easily missable moment where the lead actress puts on her nightie over her nude body at the left of the frame giving us a few frames and then nice shadowy outlines under the nightie.

In celebration of VEF's return as well as my own return - I am posting a full extended clip of Sophia Loren in Madame Sans Gêne (1961)
This is a marvelous scene. It is Sophia Loren for god's sake! Her top gets wet and even though I guess there are 2 layers - they do become fully see thru. She also bounces around pleasantly all over the place. Costa Azzurra (1959)
I can not figure out a pattern for Italy. Unlike France or Finland which embraced nudity thoughout their film histories, or Spain and UK which had the odd outlier but then embraced it after censorship changes - Italy seems totally random.

Invicta (1923)
I do not know if Invicta (1923) has survived the century but it was still around as far back as 1965 when it featured in a French TV documentary about Lucien Dalsace. A scene from it features in "Trente Ans De Silence Lucien Dalsace" (1965)
