The woman is English (not 'British', but English, with a faintly 'posh' South-East accent)..

Ill say Dominatrix Annabelle, no link to back that up but it looks like her and the hair line is the same.

Haven't been able to locate a reference to the "mystery" video clip that references Annabelle, but am 99.99% sure that it is her.

Ran a cropped screen-shot through Pimeyes, and it returned many links to Annabelle.

Pretty sure I have seen photo-sets of Annabelle where she was wearing bracelets similar to those worn in the "mystery" clip.
