This was somewhat difficult case to hunt. If I should continue the search, Czech would be my starting country, then Hungary and European porn scenery from France and Germany. She might have relatively short career, at least it does look like that by quick look.

You also might try different databases by her nick Ewa.

But it's very difficult to find a real name of this girl. With "Ewa", "Eva", or "Jeanette", I can't find more information.
I found on Waback machine these 3 pictures (it's only thumbnail sorry):

Maybe somebody will recognize them and tell us more about this girl.
