An absolute goddess. In my opinion the most beautiful woman I have ever seen and I'm only 29.

Those piercing blue eyes ,that snub nose , those gorgeous cheek bones and the flared jaw line. And a perfect body to boot. And very witty, intelligent as well. A sirens voice. A premature loss much missed I'm sure.

I extracted some excerpts from the DVD only to find the sound messed up for some reason. I'll upload these at a later date.

The only other film in which this goddess came close to revealing herself in all her glory is 'The Running Man' of 1963 directed by Carol Reed of 'The Third Man' fame.

She plays the wife of Alan Bates who is perpetrating an insurance scam only for them to find themselves being pursued by an insurance investigator. During an interlude Remick appears in a gold bikini. Utterly mesmerising.

Unfortunately this has yet to be released onto DVD let alone Blu-Ray but can be caught every year or so on Film4.

Here's a clip of Lee from the Tempest, it appears. I recorded a hunk of this when it ran on TV 15-20 years agao as I thought I could see a bit of her nips through the thin white dress.
