I have no idea where I picked this scan up, other than it was in March 2005, and I'm not totally convinced that it's correct but there is a distinct likeness between Abundavita and Shawn Devereaux.

Abundavita - Nude model known for appearing as a masked burlesque dancer in Russ Meyer's Europe in the Raw! (1963), her footage was later reused in Mondo Topless (1966).
