Ah, so happy to see Vanessa on this site. I was a big admirer of hers, even as a teen; that's 40 years of appreciation (and also of Diana Roseman, and Alison Brown).
According to what she had penned in H&E, Vanessa's kids had grown up and left home, her marriage had ended in divorce, and she was at a loss as to what to do with her life. She ended up as a long time H&E columnist. I wonder if that was her first stint at nude modelling, or whether she had had an earlier career. Brave lady to take that plunge at her age and size, and with the risk of rejection from her kids, and handing ammo over to her ex. It could have ended badly, but I think she pulled it off magnificently. |
