She may be German Pep2, but with that huge hair I wouldn't rule out American either. On the other hand since her eyes appear to be blue or hazel I would probably rule out Lisa Mandoki, and being a huge Sunny Woods fan I can say that much as I'd like it to be a previously unfound pic of her it ain't. Stephanie Page was an interesting guess but I'm not sold. Unfortunately for all the poo pooing I'm doing on other peoples ideas I have no suggestion of my own to offer.
