Of course Sickpuppy. That was the first extreme porn site I ever saw. Then it went lame during early 2000. I posted all my Sickpuppy images in Sickpuppy topic:

Also, during early days of public internet, there was many non-commercial collections of porn pics, like Sloppy Cunt, made by individual porn enthusiasts. One great source of porn was also usenet newsgroups.
