Otoko: Nah but they did offer me another chance but as it was on Modern Models which is useless to me as I was firmly ensconced in Softcore I had no interest and there was no compromise so I refused. Those days are gone, when I did it the forum was smaller with less members and besides which I not going to hang around here for much longer, my time here is coming to a natural end...and I won't be talked out of it this time I can assure you - however when that will be I am not sure, perhaps a goal of 20,000 posts will be enough of an incentive.

IMHO the Madrid government are absolutely correct to refuse dialogue on the issue of Catalan independence. This is not a legitimate demand and should not be tolerated, let alone discussed around a table. It is a bit like demanding Sharia Law or the abolition of a minimum age of consent; not only should it not be granted, but the act of wanting it should be a criminal act and fiercely punished.

Rupert was Military, he is now a suited overdressed poseur, wandering around doing very little but using flashy job titles, and flashing a diplomatic passport every time a nasty police officer makes him cry! palo was a stubble hopper, for non military types an Infantry Officer. Unlike him I was a paratrooper, basically unlike palo and his ilk, too bloody lazy to walk, so opted to hitch lifts of those nice men with big moustaches, or air-force types, sadly in my time, we always ended up bloody walking, except on exercises, especially in Germany, when we were quite sure we were being watched by palo and his mates, bloody shame, if they had wandered over, we would have shared a brew, and had a laugh!
