Apparently the Justice Department investigation is new or nothing was announced where a grand jury was convened.

Cassidy Hutchinson is going to cooperate.

Jared Kuschner's memoir is coming out, he claims General Kelly shoved Ivanka after a heated meeting with Trump after she met him in the hallway afterward which the general denies, and Ivanka confirms, she was not at this meeting and simply claimed to say hello to the general in the hallway.

America First man is hooked up with LIV golf before Trump's tournament involving Saudi government which may be the only legal thing he's done but considered very controversial.
https://nypost.com/2022/07/28/donald...-party-in-nyc/

LIV Golf has been muddled with controversy for its involvement with the Saudi Arabian government amid reports of human rights abuses in the country. The company that runs the tour — which entered the professional golf world as an alternate to the US-based PGA Tour — is bankrolled by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Funds.

Critics have accused Saudi Arabia of “sportswashing” its human rights atrocities through its involvement with LIV Golf and other sports.

Families of 9/11 victims have also bashed the circuit — especially since the tournament will be taking place less than 50 miles from where the twin towers once stood.

“All of those golfers that remain ‘loyal’ to the very disloyal PGA, in all of its different forms, will pay a big price when the inevitable MERGER with LIV comes,” Trump wrote on his social media platform Truth Social.

The winner of the LIV Golf Invitational Series this week will be awarded with $4 million from a $25 million purse.

Former President Donald Trump is threatening to sue CNN over what he called “defamatory statements” about his repeated insistence that massive election fraud was responsible for his defeat in the 2020 presidential election – a claim rejected in the courts and by his own Department of Justice.

“I have notified CNN of my intent to file a lawsuit over their repeated defamatory statements against me,” Trump said in a statement released by his Save America PAC on Wednesday.

“I will also be commencing actions against other media outlets who have defamed me and defrauded the public regarding the overwhelming evidence of fraud throughout the 2020 Election,” the 45th president added. “I will never stop fighting for the truth and for the future of our Country!”

The 282-page notice dated July 21 accuses the cable news giant of publishing “false statements” about Trump in “numerous articles and televised transmissions.”

Trump attorney James Trusty estimated CNN has aired “defamatory comments” about his client roughly 7,700 times and called on the outlet to “publish a full and fair correction, apology, or retraction” in all mentioned articles, transcripts or broadcasts within 10 days of the notice.

“Failure to publish such a correction, apology, or retraction will result in the filing of a lawsuit and damages being sought against you, CNN,” Trusty wrote.

The letter specifically takes issue with the outlet’s insistence that Trump’s election claims were “lies,” as well as its framing of the claims as a “Big Lie.”

“President Trump harbors a subjective belief that he was unfairly deprived of a second term in office. This is particularly valid in the context of an incumbent president receiving over 74 million votes, a record number for any Republican candidate in history,” Trusty wrote.

“By refusing to acknowledge President Trump could be correct or that he could genuinely believe his contention is correct, CNN has willfully acted in disregard for the truth and has acted with reckless disregard for the truth. CNN’s relentless and willful campaign to brand President Trump a ‘liar’ and purveyor of the ‘Big Lie’ is defamatory in nature.”

Since leaving office, the former president has repeatedly insisted that the 2020 vote was “rigged” against him.

Trusty has called on the outlet to “immediately cease and desist from its continued use of ‘Big Lie’ and ‘lying’ when describing President Trump’s subjective belief regarding the integrity of the 2020 election.”

Additionally, he said that the letter “serves as a notice” to all journalists, correspondents, editors, agents, and directors to preserve any and all evidence related to the accusations mentioned regarding Trump.
Trump’s attorney has a very poor understanding of the libel laws in the US. It doesn’t matter what Trump “genuinely believes”. The 65 dismissed lawsuits are proof enough to- um - “trump” the charge of “reckless disregard for the truth”. I suspect that this attorney is well on his way to disbarment, like Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell.

Trump's got some big problems besides hanging out with the Saudis's to raise money at his golf tournament as he has new stories about who is to blame on 9/11.

People go to testify Trump's not sure where they are going to 9/11 committee or directly to Garland, and it seems there is pressure on Garland to charge Trump.

Kuschner's book is just priceless at how bad Trump's WH was and the fighting with Bannon.

Did anything good happen there in four years.

As a multiple bankrupt he ought to know what a bad deal is. In the good old times a bankrupt lost his civil rights, including his eligibility. That could have saved us from a lot of trouble.

Griner never would have been detained if Trump were president.

Ukraine would be in Russian hands, Zelinsky would be in jail or dead. Nato would have been disbanded and prices for everything would be lower, and US would have given the savings out to rich people and Trump's allies in another tax cut.

And a lot of American's would have no problem with this at all along with his Taliban friends running Afghanistan.

No, Mexico would still not have paid one penny for a wall.

Funerals must be different in USA.

Because if you turned up a funeral in the UK without wearing a black tie you would be considered a disrespectful asshole.
