Where did you get the information about Sarah Young 3? – That is usually an alternative title for The Sarah Young Collection No. 3 (but I’ve seen other films referred too under that title as well). Vida Garman does not appear in that film.

Do you perhaps mean Sarah & Friends 3? That has the film Hard Cut 4 on it – Vida Garman does make a very brief appearance in that film.

As you know, I am willing to feed this thread, but I don't think that content is the only think what should keep it alive. I thought that mindsharing would be much better for many people coming to this forum of Sarah.

But if you think about it logically pretty much every video or photo that exists is copyrighted, we have seen it in this and other threads including the LDM thread that there are warnings not to post material from certain sites. In LDM'S case Scoreland and Twistys make up the large majority of her content. Very soon every company whether they are also like Hans who claims he is struggling or giants still making millions out there having seen how it has worked in some threads already will ban using their images, even if they date back 40 years and they have made millions off of them over the years.

This site when that happens will either cease to exist or end up like Anothersite which went from being one of the best sites around to posting lame amateur and celebrity clips and basically being used by these companies to market their wares overnight.

If you look at Sc*re/Sc*reland and Twisty's website you will see their policy on image use. Its true they can't stop people individually from posting, but the trouble with people is you can't stop them sharing and if there is mass posting(as some members have done) it draws attention to the website/forum etc. And that is what gets it into lumber. I agree it is a nuisance but which you rather have a load of pics disappear or the entire forum and indeed ALL forums. The anothersite forum got into lumber because of the mass postings of pics and videoclips. What can you do? In an ideal world anything would go but the copyright exists to protect those that need it-if you had invented a super-duper machine to revolutionise the world the last thing you would want is someone copying it and making it theirs so you take out a patent and copyright. Same with pictures and videos. In the end it makes a lot of sense, so we have to be careful.

On the other hand if I had spent months scanning my own pictures for a forum and then didn't add my name there is nothing to stop others claiming its their work. I for one would be VERY angry so in the end if you can protect your work you are safe-and that is what these websites do-of course the underestimate their members and their need to share-if nothing else to show they are part of a group/forum.
