That girl is one of the continuing mysteries, no one has identified her yet. Note that she was more commonly known as "Hilda", only one of the photosets called her Eva, she was Hilda in the rest.

As for the DVD box cover, every photo on that cover comes from a Coca Cola Corp photoset. Note Nici Sterling top left center. This looks like some kind of counterfeit knock-off to me, there's no way see see corp produced the DVD or licensed the use of the photos.

I take it you are hoping that Eva/Hilda appears in the film. That would be a spectacular find if it were true, but I highly doubt it. I think they just stole the photos and used them on the cover.
