I'm thinking maybe Cassidey, aka Paisley Adams. The few things in her thread don't offer a lot to back me up on this, but the profile pic on her iafd page leans a little more towards the mystery.

You're right that the mystery still remains ... the profile pic at iafd looks quite close but everything else could be someone else. However, there is a discussion on Cassidey's VEF thread about there being an entirely different Cassidey that is not present at VEF.

Okay e.d. I did some more digging because I thought there had to be another Cassidy too, and we're all right. I wasn't referring to Buttman era Cassidy, I was thinking of Vivid Girl Cassidey, or as we call her around here Paizley Adams (as opposed to Paisley, like I'd spelled it).
I also admit defeat though after viewing more pictures of her, Paizley's breasts are clearly different than the mystery you're searching for. I still stand by the notion that if you compare the eyes and lips you may understand my erroneous first guess.
