When using Firefox, right click within the web page the video is linked to (but -not- on the video), then select View Page Source. This opens a text window. Ctrl+F opens a little search area lets you search for text text. Search for an FLV file. FLV shows up a few times, but one of them looks like a full URL (http:// blah_blahblah/blah/blah/blah blahblah.flv) highlight and copy this text and paste into another browser window. If you've got the right link Firefox will pop up and ask you to open or save the file. This is a pretty large file, so I suggest you just save it.
I don't think Windows media player can play this file, so, for PC users, I suggest downloading a player like VLC media player. I'm not endorsing this one or anything. Its just what I use. Good luck.

Generally, if you just type the extension of .jpg in place of .bmp, windows will recocognize the file as a jpeg picture file. |

jpg and .bmp files are not the same type of file.
A .jpg image typically takes less space on your hard drive because it is compressed.
A .bmp is not compressed.
If you open a .bmp file in windows, using pbrush.exe you can save it as a .jpg.
([start], Run... , pbrush)
If you then look in the file manager you can see the difference in size.
