Here are the cover, the contents page (with two small pics of the lady), and the ten-page spread:

The spread is unusual for having three pics taking up two pages apiece (including the center spread) and not having small inset pics on the pages (except on the contents page). Not that I'm complaining . . .

And here are separate scans of the two small pics from the contents page:

The first one looks to be the cover photo, much smaller but without type obscuring the view, and the second has the lady wearing the same outfit she's modeling in the second pic of the second row, but in a different pose.
