Don't like them at all - and it is irritating to see so many lovely ladies with perfectly acceptable and good-looking chests ruin what was a perfectly good look.

Some women argue that small breasts do not look good in certain clothes, and to a degree I can see the point there. In many cases well-done boob jobs, when safely encased in a bra or bikini top, can look attractive. But I simply cannot understand the logic behind a porn star or model with a perfectly good figure attaching a couple of balloons to her chest - I am sure all of us can name at least a couple of decent models who have had unnecessary boob jobs, but the ones that come immediately to mind are Sandy (after more than a fifteen-year career in the industry, why?), Nella (absolutely GORGEOUS tits replaced by two misshapen half-melons). By far the worst one (for me, as I used to collect her pics) was the achingly gorgeous Veronika Simon who replaced her cute A-cups with a pair of domed puddings with nipples that point in opposite directions. She admittedly looks great in a bikini or from behind, but as soon as that comes off, it's all downhill from there.

More recently one of my favourite models, Katerina Henesova, went under the knife - although the job was not as bad as some, I was still wondering why, when before she had a beautifully pert set of titties that matched her well-toned gymnast's figure.

A good few years ago I was chatting up some girl at a party and, with us both being a little frisky, she invited me to put my hand up her top. Expecting to feel that warm, soft flesh of female breast, I instead encountered what felt like a tennis ball in a bag. I felt rather queasy, and needless to say there was no follow through as any excitement that had built up had pretty much waned.

Now, I'll admit that her breasts looked GREAT while holding up a dress in National Treasure. But take the dress off and the boobs just defy gravity. They don't look soft. They don't look like the kind of boobs you want to bury your face in. They stick out like plastic. Like on a Barbie doll.

I suppose it is worth it to get a boob job if you only want to look good in an evening dress (though again, Audrey Hepburn seemed to do alright), but for a woman who wants to have sex? Keep 'em natural.

My opinion is that breast implants have something in common with natural breasts in that some look better than others. Fully agree that there are some bloody awful boob jobs out there, especially those that result in grossly over sized or hideously mishapen breasts - but they don't have to be like that. By way of illustration, here are a couple of models I've photographed. Both have had implants, but their breasts look pretty good to me.

I put fingers to keys in the 'Girls with Great Silicone Boobs' thread which I remember saying I thought was an oxymoron, but for some reason my comments have disappeared (surely not censorship - or was it down to the crash sometime back!?). Can't stand them myself and on the whole you can tell them a mile off when the girl is topless. It's not just the fact they look like sports balls stuck to the chest (very ugly in MHO) but the preasure it puts on young girls to 'conform' (like shaving their bush off, getting tattoos). My wife says she was flat chested until she was 17 and now after kids she is a reasonably firm D to E cup having gone from a very pert B when we met. There's something to be said for giving nature time... And for any woman out there thinking 'yeah, but my boobs are awful' remember a) if you look on the net there will be a web site for people who love your boob type b) if a bloke only wants you/doesn't want you for the boobs, he aint worth bothering with c) if there is a problem it's more likely to be with your self image than the boobs. I've heard of young girls saying they can't wait to be old enough for a boob job because their parents are going to pay for it! Please!! Potentially life threatening surgery (there's no such thing as no risk when you go under the knife) which will have to be repeated every 10 to 15 years (if you're lucky) and will leave more and more scar tissue. And the parents are encouraging that kind of thinking? How many blokes would seriously consider going under the knife for an inch more cock??

One girl recently said on TV she actually wanted her new Boobs to look fake. I just don't get that at all. It's bad enough when they look fake by accident. If you look at un-airbrushed pictures of Silitits (pun intended) you often see the scars, stretch marks and a double curve line (sometimes even tripple) where the silicone lump is out of line with what's left of the natural breast. Not to mention the cross eyed, lopsided nipples that can occur.

But then again, maybe it's only the bad ones you notice: though there are a hell of a lot of those around as far as I can tell.

I'm sure there is a case for implants in reconstructive surgery and extreme cases where an improvement is sought in the same way as a breast reduction [Yup, remember, there are numerous women who want less boobage due to social embarrasment, back strain, other health issues etc. etc. And how often do we hear of those women who have quietly had the silicone removed?]

What next? Breaking and stretching the legs for that more slender look?

If you guys really want to see some awful tit jobs, check out the free channels on the 900+ channels on Sky. Mrs Sharky and often flick through them for some light laughter and occasionally some chin-hitting-the-ground moments -there are some awful boob jobs on there.

Yep, there are the pudding bowls a foot apart, nipples that point south-west and north-north-east, and the hideous scars... But the worst thing is when you see the creasing, a sort of corrigated effect, when they swing about. It's like the skin that appears on a cup of lukewarm tea, though far more nasty-looking.

I agree that many young girls have been duped into this by halfwitted so-called "celebrities" - I am bloody glad I don't have a daughter, as I would be having nightmares about that moment she might pipe up and say "Daddy, I want to look like Jordan..."

personally i hate them. i dont like the feel or the look of them. i prefer small natural breasts anyway so i guess my opinion is fairly biased. the thing is most women think breast surgery will keep their breasts pert and attractive, what they fail to realise is that gravity works whether silicone is in them or not. so they need surgery after surgery to keep them the way they want. i think a lot of women have them for self esteem reasons so i guess i cant blame them but i am sure after a while even new breasts dont make them feel any better. they should look at deeper issues. i will always prefer natural breasts over implants, even if natural sag and dont look great because at the end of the day they are as they are supposed to be.

As for the legs,there already is a procedure for making legs longer.It consists of breaking the bones 4 to 6 inches above and below the knee.Then a cage is put around the legs from the waist to the anckles.Each time just before the bones start to heal the cage is streched.This is a very painful process and takes 6 months to a year.
