Breast Implants

For me, fakes always look like fakes. I've never seen what I'd call a "good" boob job. I prefer factory equipment, regardless of size.

I have felt quite a few enhanced chests, as well as natural ones.

I have allways prefered natural, the look the feel everything.

I have nothing against breast surgery, as long as for the right reason, due toinjury, previous damage ( cancer etc) and even would understand women wanting to regain a good shape after say childbirth.

I hate implants to make them big ( favourite breast for me a to c), they allways seem tight and hard.

I have felt realistic implants, that were great, but they were just an enhancement from say a to c.

As my Wife and I sat on the Deck one night I mentioned taht she would look great if her blouse was full....Not that she did not look good.... And due to Drinking a little too much she decided to consult wth a Doctor and before you know it she had Enhanced breasts and i was out six grand...Now the positive is she has the best nipples i ever laid eyes on and boy that brought them right out. There is the drawback as they do not feel as real as i would like, but for 45 years old she is my dream...So I am just waiting for us to be drinking again and mention that my pants need to be a bit fuller....

I hate the half-grapefruit look a la Posh Spice. Looks so artificial. Implants only seem to work and feel right, when building on something that exists in the first place! Also hate it when a girl's nipples end up pointing at the ceiling!......Big and natural is still best.

I know a woman who had breast canser.She had one breast removed and replaced with an implant and you don't even have to feel them to know the difference but, I don't mind that implant because it is just meant to even out her chest.

I think they can look great on some women, when not overdone - I believe that both Blondi and Lauryl Canyon looked much nicer with them!



However I used to date a woman a while ago who was very slender and was always a little self concious of her very small breast size.
I discouraged her looking into getting "work" done, principally because I just know she would have asked me to spring for them and probably more importantly _ She once told me that her nipples were extremely sensitive and she could virtually achieve orgasm by having teased and tweaked!?

I'm fairly sure that even these days you wouldn't want to risk denying a girl this extra pleasure?
I don't know if they still sever nipples like they used to?

Ive only ever seen decent breast implants on one woman.

They look just natural enough to be passed as such, in fact when i first saw Stacy in M*n O*ly her famous black dress set i didnt realise they were done they looked quite natural. The videoes ive seen her in her enhanced breasts still looked nice and floppy. I bet she paid good money for those or the surgeon was damn good at it.
