I like knowledge....and I like erotica....so, for all you historians, here's both- after Greenman's Kitten bubbles posting, I just had to know more.
I suppose it's easy to believe that the very lovely Dita's champagne ideas wasn't quite original, but maybe if it wasn't for her, the historical legacy wouldn't be as strong.

How apt to start in the 'La Belle Epoche' era (late 1800s, early 1900s) of decadence and romance and stunning French poster art...and we're still thirsty by the time 40s and 50s American burlesque is strutting its bold steps...especially when Lili St Cyr gets particularly naughty...ooh la la! Kitten's bubbles keep things fizzy and sparkling, as does the equally well-built 'Here It Is Burlesque' Tami R....before Venus DeLight gets bubbles in some VERY interesting places! Catherine d'Lish had her first champagne flute built in 1990...and I reckon she's probably Dita's most direct catalyst...and how apt that the timeline is completed as Catherine's searing shows become a fabulous onstage dual with Dita!

Tami's introduction has her cast as one of the stars of her generation....and her show is very well put together as far as I can see....3 separate and quite different phases involved...really quite creative!
Tami looks lovely indeed and is remarkably well built....an instant attraction!!!

A few years ago I heard this on the radio-at the time it was so discordant I thought it was the record that was bad-but this apparently can be stripped to. It is called(for reference) Blues for Burlesque by Stan Kenton(you may know his more famous tune The Peanut Vendor "PEANUTS!!") and I wonder how anyone could choreograph a strip or burlesque dance to this-see what you think.
