Found some info on another board (credit to them)

The photographer is Vasiliy Stepanov
Different websites have given her different names, Olga and Maya
But I think Maya is not her name. His website was maya-photo.ru (now defunct). That is why MAYA is in the watermark I believe
These are her other two photos (the link in OP does not show them)
