Some more screencaps of the lovely Dany Carrel (w Romy Schneider) in Henri-Georges Clouzot's unfinished masterpiece, "L'Enfer".

Incomplete because of illness in 1964, it was partially released as a documentary on 'the making of...' in 2009.

The last of my Dany Carrel images - mostly from the net - thanks to all the original uploaders. Someone called her the most underestimated starlet of the 50s and 60s. No argument.

Her last movie for Clouzot was "La Prisonierre" in which she played an S&M photo model.

I believe you are right, my friend.
(I was so proud of myself – my first screencaps(!) - that I wasn’t being as careful as I should have been.)

There is a large cast of actresses in “Pot-Bouille” ("Lovers of Paris" – 1957) and it’s taken a couple of hours of detective work, but here they all are (minus Danielle Darrieux and Anouk Aimee):

L to R: Monique Vita, Michèle Grellier, Danielle Dumont, Micheline Luccioni, Dany Carrel (with Gérard Philipe).

The artist’s model in 1, 2, & 3 is Monique Vita.
