Studio Janor - Shepshed, Leicestershire

Anyone remember Studio Janor? Anyone one got any photo sets from that studio? Any tales to tell, any Videos ?

I knew the late Norman Pacey, he used to photograph my wife, and we both found the studio a nice and friendly set up.

Hello, I went to Studio Janor to meet Tracey Harper and do a shoot with her. She was really great to work with, we had some great banter though it must have been odd for her to talk to a stranger who seemed to know so much about her. She even signed some of my mag collection! She did however refused to be photographed with me, much to my dismay.

I used to know Norman and Janet very well as i used to run the glamour days with Norman - Young & Pacey.

Remember it well - both Norman and the studio are sadly missed.

Spent many happy days there photographing Teresa Scott, Lana Cox and Tracey Coleman.

Thanks for posting these. I was there although I wasn't in any of the pictures. However, my old friend Charles (now sadly deceased aged 98) is in the background of the second one. He was a great admirer of Debbie Ashby and I have a photograph (which he greatly valued) of him on bended knee kissing her hand. I can't imagine what she thought. Those were happy days and like the others I miss Janor, Norman and Janet a lot

I lived in shepshed, and back in about 2002/03 ish i spotted teresa scott coming out of a newsagent in sheppy probably after a shoot, so i advanced on her and enquired as to the availability of an autograph, and she scribbled me one bless her, but her on-looking husband was disappointed i didn't ask for his haha .. nah they were very freindly and cOoL ..

Wow, that's a long time ago. I'm the guy in the dark yellow shirt, standing behind another guy. Does anyone have any info of what the girls are doing nowadays?
