Only jim gets a point so far. Dallas 24 - NY Giants 17. That was a remarkable turnaround and it may force me to take a careful second look at the Cowboys.

San Diego v Oakland is a bit of a clash of the minnows. Oakland have a suspect Q/B whose record in the pre-seasons is rubbish; but this is partly because they are modernising their entire tactical thinking under new coachs, and this takes a bit of practise. That is what pre-season games are for. Oakland are also adopting a zone defence; it is a bit like moving over from horses to motor cars. I am not convinced by Oakland, but I simply have a hunch that they stand a very good chance against San Diego, who IMHO are simply a poor side. If I am vindicated, I will have got a weaker team off my back for future eliminator rounds; but its a chance I'm taking.

I disagree scoundrel that the Chargers are a weak side, but they do have one serious handicap: Norv Turner.

Unless its not too late to change.

My humble apologies to TitansFan.

I'm sure we had a rule somewhere that once you've picked. you've picked. But CC is running this competition and he will call the shots; his decision is final and binding.

I wrongly assumed people had picked the Titans in honor of TitansFan.

An excellent gesture CC

So, I'm thinking what the hell happened to Brother TF? What do you mean he's missing?

I run a search using the thread tools & BOOM.

This is the worst news I've received in a long time. Sometimes life sucks harder than a Black Hole trying to preform fellatio on Celestial Bodies.

Yo Tony!! Kick the Big C's ass my brother. It ain't nothin' but a punk anyway. We got your back bro if you need some help. Fuhgeddaboudit.
