Her first appearance on "Two and a Half Men" S01E01. The trivia regarding her in this TV show is that before she became "Chelsea" on the show for a recurring character she was on the show THREE times before as different anonymous characters. Is this a Guinness record of some sort as an actress in a single sitcom? (AND, how dense do the series producers assume their TV audience to be to have not noticed this?!!! Sadly they were right; I didn't notice until I looked at IMDB. I've collected every episode so YES it's very true.)
