Problems with Imagehosts - Imagebam, Imagevenue, PimpAndHost, (...) - Page 65

The only connection is the guy(simon)who owns VEF also owns Pimp and host

No one on VEF has access to pimpandhost otherwise there would be something mentioned

If you do a search on VEf for pimp and host you'll see it gets bagged quite often by moderators and up and the most common solution use another host

The fact that P & H is mentioned to be used in the forum rules wasnt always the case
One might think this is a request from its owner in the same way we dont particularly want Filesonic but it generates income for the owner/hence the forum so we learn to live with its short comings

For mine its always worth posting at the source for your specific account and any issues your experiencing as no one but them can look closely at the issue.

If you have been uploading images to imagevenue or indeed have uploaded images you may find these are not uploaded or have gone missing from your posts.

There seems to be a problem with some of the imagevenue servers as designated by their numbers ie img234 whereas others are perfectly fine ie img16.

Hopefully the problem will be resolved in the short term as it has been a pain uploading over the last hour.

I went through 3 posts full of imagebam pics till this message appeared on number 4

ImageBam is currently offline.

We are currently working on a hardware defect.

Please use imgbox.com in the meantime.

I'm having a problem with Imagebam, to follow the rules i need to upload thumbnails of 180x180. I saved the pictures to Imagebam at that size but if you look here:

the cover picture looks huge. Is that ok or does anyone know a solution.?
I don't want another pm reminding me of the rules.

When i open an Imagebam picture i get an Internet Explorer cannot display this page message. I have to refresh the page several times to get it to open the image even on pictures i've uploaded myself. I've tried deleting history etc. but still it happens. It only happens with Imagebam, does anyone have any ideas?

every time when i clicked a picture which is hosted on Pimp & host i always got error i am using firefox any idea folk's how to fix it ? the error i received is always Connection timed out

Is anyone else experiencing problems viewing images recently uploaded to Imagebam? When downloading from a thumbnail I now get the livejasmine site. If I try to then open the image using a the link "continue to image" at top of page nothing happens. This has only happened since 1st January. I'm using a Mac with Firefox Browser
