There's Requiem For A Dream, a major downer but the filmmaking and acting makes it such a pleasure to watch...once. I don't want to see it again. It's awesome, but I don't want to watch it again. As for what I learned, it's nerdy stuff, Pokemon related. I randomly wanted to get into actual Pokemon battling, console and game, not Showdown the simulator. One thing I learned a while ago was that Japanese players are insane in strategy, they're mostly strange. Japanese players don't come on Showdown, and I start to notice the same strategies used over and over, Japanese players offer something refreshing. So one strategy in the 2v2 doubles format I learned today was using Round, it's a sound move that doubles in power when it was used in the same turn from a partner. Jolteon would use it, immediately after Sylveon uses it, and most of the time it knocks out one opponent. I'm always creamed by that strategy, I try it and I'm half and half, it shows that it's all about who uses the strategy, not just the strategy itself. I'm a mediocre player as it is. I'm too impatient to think of my own strategies, right now I'm going to try renting out a team and just do typical 3v3 singles. You can rent teams in the current games, which is awesome for a slacker like me. That's how I grew up on Pokemon anyways, rental teams. Randomly watching a Dolph Lundgren interview, he dated Grace Jones. I don't think my day can be any more, I don't know, rattled. That's weird. Maybe not surprising, to me it is. Rifkin maybe intended to make a movie concerning loss , regret and mortality. What he produced was a clumsy cack handed mess. Thinking about it the sadness I felt during and afterwards was mainly due to seeing Burt having a chance to put his life on screen more or less. But it resulting in something with forced unfunny humour and bleak bleak bleakness. The couple of brief scenes Burt Reynolds has with Chevy Chase are actually quite decent. They should have made a road movie with those two. As in terms of career choices they've both blown holes through theirs more than once during the years. Rifkin could have rejigged it`s plot having the main plot disastrous film retrospective section happen right at the end. When by that time Burt and Chevy have reconciled themselves to having been their own worst enemy. Sure it`s hardly subtle given we all tend to be our own worst enemy. Yet might have created a watchable film as opposed to nonstop cringing. Anyway I`ll stop rambling about the thing Just cheesed me how from scene one practically everything about the script , pacing and editing was off. Bah Well what I've learned today is my deranged D.I.Y obsessed hopeless new neighbour has finally moved to a second room. He arrived at half seven then began drilling and hammering in his back room at 8am. Only considering it took him six weeks to sort the room adjacent to mine. I can't see him finishing the entire job (The place can't have been as terrible as his efforts are making it sound, as if so why buy it ) until Halloween at the earliest

Close to finishing Power Rangers Zeo, I finally noticed someone in the credits. They are put to the side as next to them are bloopers from the episode. Naturally my attention is towards that instead of the credits. 43 episodes in, and I finally noticed the name of Alex Borstein as Queen Machina. She is also the voice of Lois from Family Guy. Also I had to learn this from an interview, that Barbara Goodson, the voice of Rita Repulsa, also voiced Prince Sprocket and Orbus. On the latter, I was starting to not like the character, but now I can't anymore because she voiced it. I didn't dislike the voice, so this is fine, I just didn't like its reason for existing. All it does is make a monster grow, but it has to be spun around by an annoying robot, Klank, that has a Scotish accent, and land on the monster. There was at least one time where the robot could've easily just walked to the monster and placed Orbus there. The voice actor for Klank isn't a well known person so I can hate this character just fine.

Don't make a stupid bet or dare that you will suffer for after carrying it out just to prove you're an idiot.

Did you calculate how much did you lose in betting? I remember when I was in Monte Carlo's casino. A guy in front of me, lost several thousand of EUR in a few hours. I was 25 years old, he was about 60 years old. He was well known by the casino staff. They called him by his name. He could have been more inspired to directly give me his money. PS: Can I send you my address? Like that you can send me a cheque for distracting you with my theories. Last edited by Roubignol; April 1st, 2018 at 03:07 PM.. |
