Not really, we are talking JM's Utd here.

Well done City, best team by a country mile. 'Title race'? What 'title race'?
City strolled it. Mind you, their rivals have been crap.
Arsenal 17 points behind Utd? Liverpool 17 points adrift of City?
One of the oddest seasons on record......Possibly?

I feel that JM is in the 'last chance saloon' at OT, next season must surely be make or break for him.
This coming transfer window should be VERY interesting for the top six or seven clubs.

Meanwhile down at the bottom of the table Joe Hart almost gifts Stoke three points, but we finally score without it being disallowed. Amazed at what Hart was trying to do when all he had to do was fall on the ball, rather than trying to push it away.
Overall a draw seemed a fair result as neither side really impressed.
Worryingly two England goalkeepers looking anything but and I am sure Southgate must realise he has problems between the sticks as Pickford now appears to be number one. Looks like a short World Cup Campaign.

Yes. But one way or the other. England will definately get out of the group stages,

All things being sorted I've had a great season, with a trip to Falmer tomorrow night I've been to some great footballing outposts this term.
Brighton's ground isn't a new one on my list as I went to the pre-season jaunt with Spurs a few seasons ago!

But having been to Rochdale, Newport, Turin, Madrid, Dortmund AND Huddersfield this time round, I've had a blast!!

AND perhaps I will see my first semi-final victory in seven attempts, since Gazza's 25 yarder, next week. Then hey ho it's a new ground next season. Our own new home. Season ticket already sorted.

Oh and next week it's an evening with one of my top five Spurs players......

One can only hope

I read WBA caretaker manager suggests Sturridge shouldnt be forgotten for the WC
because hes a goal scorer - after coming on in the 85th minute and not getting injured.

78 minutes of football in a season - be right up there with Wilsheres selection in 2012
after 45 minutes in a season for sheer stupidity

it's going to get much worse for arsenal unless the europa provides the miracle. They've got five games left three of which are away. Home to west ham who need the points and home to burnley who are breathing down their necks. They're not even getting sixth this time.

Unless we improve defensively, Arsenal will more than likely run us ragged and place a few in ye old onion bag.

Well done to Wolverhampton Wanderers for promotion back to the Premier League and the captain Connor Coady, who used to be the captain of Liverpool's under 19's team(either that or under 18's not sure which) so that means yet another player that promised for Liverpool was let go too early- we seemed to do that a lot.

Would you begrudge us one little point?

With the bottom three doing so badly we are probably just okay but we have a terrible run in. I'd feel a lot happier with a couple more points. The game against Leicester was definitely one that got away.

Chris Hughton so deserves another season.

Whatever, hope you enjoy your visit to the mighty AMEX.

Hart should never have been a contender; Butland makes the odd rick and Pickford takes too many chances and comes for crosses more in hope than expectation.

Yet again: Nick Pope - give him a game before the WC - 90 mins against Costa Rica if nothing else. He looks the safest pair of hands, very little bounces back off him; unfortunately, I'd say foolishly, GS hasn't given him any gametime, seemingly hoping that one of the others will 'come good'. They haven't.

Forget all this trendy bollocks about a keeper being good with his feet. Didn't help Man City against Liverpool that I recall? When you are under pressure that counts for nought - you need someone who can keep a clean sheet. There's only one candidate who can boast that and with the all round game necessary: Nick Pope.
