I'm glad we did. We needed a win today. And I'm glad we got it.
But I have admit before the match started I thought that they would beat us as they usually do and if we had got a draw I would have settled for that .

Chelsea seem to be a team in demise, we beat them back in December 1-0 and the Chelsea of old would have run rough shod over us banging in four or five. They have been removed from the League cup by the Gooners a team they rarely fail against. A loss at home to Bournemouth, who have just been run ragged by Huddersfield, as well as the loss at Watford. The back ups beat Newcastle in the cup, as well as Norwich on penalties including a non event in canary land.
Looking at some of the Chav's squad, many of whom would not even have been looked at in days gone by. Luiz is a disaster in the making, even PSG got shot of him, enter Wenger, Bakayoko has a worse first touch than Andy Cole and I cannot help but think they might be better off employing a donkey. Why are they buying the likes of Barkley and Drinkwater who are average PL players at best. Maybe something is seriously wrong between Conte, the players and RA, I would not be surprised if the Baggies rolled them over on Monday night.
Just for the record, the poorest two teams I have seen this season are Stoke and ourselves.
Apologies to Stoke fans.

The rot with Chelsea started just after they won the EPL title last season

Weeks of reputed partying before getting blind sided by Arsenal in the FA Cup

Diego Costa getting sent packing by text from Conte

Selling Matic to Man U was strange but i guess Kante & Drinkwater were enough

That their still not far from 2nd says a lot about the inconsistent form of the top teams
Its the 20 point gap to Man City that shows how far they've dropped off

That's the main reason, right there. Horrible player but an irreplacable match-winner, like Kane - put him on the pitch and he'll score in around 80% of matches;the other factor is Chelsea's defence - formerly impregnable, now the back three simply isn't working. No clean sheets, no title.

There's only one side this year who can afford not to worry if they concede, because they have Kevin De Bruyne making passes that nobody else even sees. The man's a magician.

You forgot to factor in Pardew being available

Luiz , like Hart for West Ham being rested

Sturridge injured after 3 minutes -

Sturridge was involved in his first action inside three minutes, a regulation chase and tussle for possession with Cesar Azpilicueta. The result was an ominous grimace and stumble before making his way forlornly down the tunnel.

West Brom are almost the new Sunderland 3 wins in 27 games

Chelsea 3

E Hazard (25' minutes, 71' minutes), Moses (63' minutes)

West Brom 0

2. PSG – 805m
3. Man Utd – 747m
4. Barcelona - 725m
5. Chelsea – 592m
6. Real Madrid – 497m
7. Liverpool – 461m
8. Juventus – 448m
9. Arsenal – 403m
10. Everton – 365m

All the usual suspects ~

6 Premier Clubs
2 Spanish

1 Italian
~ no German clubs

As these squads build up and solidify in value over time, I’m trying to figure out how

Everton made the Top 10 ?

I got this direct from the CIES Football Observatory, which compiled the stats on transfer figures, and there are differences to the numbers reported by sources that Meini quoted.

Bayern Munich slot into 9th place, dropping Everton out of the top 10.

Spurs paid the 12th most for their squad, but surely must be top of a squad value minus squad cost table, if someone were to put it together.

3 weeks that newpapers talk about that Real Paris.
3 1.

Maybe they should remind 90 percent of French people aren't Parisians.

3 1
