One possible clue: I'm fairly sure some of these pics. were taken in the exact same setting, and more than likely roughly the same time, as those of Hazel MacDonald, taken by Allan Sass and published in Mayfair (1982) as well as the Dutch mags. Tuk (1979) and Sexteen (1988).
