Lara Logan (born 29 March 1971) is a South African television and radio journalist and war correspondent. She is the chief foreign affairs correspondent for CBS News and a correspondent for CBS's 60 Minutes.

just read about her having suffered a "prolonged sexual attack" while reporting for CBS (so thats where she went?) from egypt last week. she's their 'foreign news correspondant' apparantly. not a good thing. hope she recovers and gets back to work. one time i dont feel like making jokes on a subject. dirty bloody bastards who did this..!!! just shows they weren't all there for the reasons they said..!!! thank god for 20 other local women, and the army, who rescued her.
