I have only ever seen ONE girl with what id class a decent boobjob. She is the actress Gemma Atkinson who currently appears in Holby City. She had her boobs upped to a size EE and I swear you would never know there is silicone in them. She obviously had a very very good surgeon do the job and her cans look terrific.

I think boobjobs look abominable period. Instead of upping by a cupsize, girls are going from an A cup to E cup and the results look catastrophic. Instead of hanging like normal boobs do , they end up with a gap a mile wide between them and in terms of shape they look more like two basketballs, if you want a cold shower effect then just look at girls who have had boobjobs, and as for the lips botoxing..................ugh

To me, the curve on the upper half of the profile is wrong - it shouldn't be curved at all but straight - and the lower half is just too big. But this is definitely one of the best boob jobs around, if we must praise such things.

It puzzles and saddens me why any woman thinks she needs bigger boobs for purely cosmetic reasons, either because they think men like them or because they have some sort of incorrect self-image. (Though that is not restricted to breasts.)

The funny thing is that The Sun nailed it - their decision to go all-natural on Page 3 was the result (overwhelming, if I remember rightly) of a readers' survey, and surely that should tell them something.

I like big tits as much as anyone when they're natural and the right shape, and sometimes even huge ones when they're not the right shape . But I would take the flattest bee-stings ever seen on an adult woman over 99% or more of all plastic boobs. Small and pretty can be very sexy too. Bigger and fake never is.

The same goes for ridiculous blown-up backsides, lips, and pretty much any cosmetic surgery I can think of that isn't a reconstruction following disfigurement of some sort. The most minor of nose jobs sometimes look good (eg Marilyn), but that's about where to draw the line.

I gotta strongly disagree and say that in my opinion all those girls have abysmal and horrible looking boobjobs........not a single one of them look anywhere near natural but rather look like somebody glued two beachballs under their respective chins.
