According to her son Debbie Reynold's final words were "I miss her so much, I want to be with Carrie".

I hope they are reunited in the afterlife.

Can I just ask-what the hell is going here?

This WEEK with had Rick Parfitt from Status Quo, George Michael, the actress Liz Smith, that guy who wrote Watership Down, the scientist who discovered Dark Matter, Carrie Fisher and now Debbie Reynolds.

That's SEVEN well-known people in about 5 DAYS!

This is turning out to be a bit of a sh*t Christmas in that regards.

They were interviewing some guy on TV about Carrie Fisher's death and he pretty much said that this is probably one of the worst Christmas periods in Hollywood history.

Personally I loved Debbie in 'Singin' in the Rain' and is an absolute tragedy that she and her daughter, Carrie Fisher should die within 24hrs of each other. I suppose it is possible to die from a broken heart, but this just about caps a terrible year for BOTH side of the pond with big names disappearing at such young ages (or at least considered to be young) or having had reasonably good innings like Liz Smith in her 90s. I hope 2017 is not so catastrophic.

Wow this year can't come to a close sooner. So many big names and great entertainers gone, now Debbie Reynolds, Carrie Fisher, George Michael, Rick Parfitt, Liz Smith and the Watership Down writer... and all in the space of 1 week.

Regardless of wether I liked you or not, Rest in Peace all.

Mourning? surely you mean celebrating....?

Bunch of useless, talent free idiots, not fit to even clean the shoes; platform, high heeled, or otherwise; of some of those real stars we've lost this year....
