Can't smoke or drink alcohol anymore, but that's good (all things considered), because I feel much healthier in my 30s than I did in my 20s, no waking up every day feeling like I've been shat out by Bigfoot. I can do more pushups now too, mainly because the number of push-ups I could do in my 20s was the square root of my arse.

Can't write well with either hand any more. My weird party trick when I was a kid was that I could write equally well with either hand. Can't do that now, too much computer use means my handwriting is illegible, whichever hand I use.

Look at a woman lustfully without also thinking "I wonder what insecurity(s) she deems to be adequate reason to make some bloke's life a misery?"

(and will spare you the long list of things I can't do any more that are nothing to do with age, and everything to do with being married).
