Don't think it's Joanna. She has larger breasts than KC (or whomever this girl is) but they do resemble each other facially a lot.

I found the layout from the orginal issue it appeared in (November 1981). It was posted by VEF member but can't find the original post now, so thanks to them for scanning. Hopefully someone can confirm if this is either KC or Joanna or someone else entirely.
