Here is a composite of Annie McEnroe in THE HAND. I had to reconstruct the image from two shots not because of a body double, but because her topless shot was done in close-up. The camera panned down from her head to her chest, and then back up... I hate it when they do that.

Besides in The Hand (1981), Annie shows topless nudity in a Vietnam war drama Purple Hearts (1984) IMDB

I found some low res stills from the web and made them into a collage
(There's a similar one circulating on the net but with a site logo)

I think Annie had one of her most memorable film roles in David Byrne's True Stories (1986) as "trophy wife" of a Texas politician

As a highlight she performs Dream Operator, a song composed and written by Byrne for the movie and a Talking Heads album of the same name (also released in 1986)
