Wow. Seeing this again brought back memories. I lived in a dorm and magically this was one of those issues that mysteriously vanished. That collar is unique; this was one of those images that set the cornerstone for some of my deepest dreams. I could never find one anywhere, so I simply made one myself in '91...left it in some hotel in Ohio. Paid $150 to have a new one made recently, but I had forgotten where I first saw it.

Wierd what 30 years does to a powerful memory rediscovered.

Does anyone know if there are more pictures anywhere from this pictorial?

Penthouse Pet Of The Year Trivia: It appears that 3 Penthouse Pets of the Year sued Penthouse/Guccione for failing to deliver the POTY prizes:

Cheryl Rixon 1979 (won her case), Ginger Miller 1989 (lost but got a settlement apparently), and Stephanie Page 1990 (real name: Laura Lynn Lewis, also lost her case).

Rixon's contract apparently specified the prizes she would receive while the other girls' contracts were more of a 'best efforts' on Penthouse's part to deliver them, and the appearance of the prizes in the magazine didn't constitute an iron-clad contract. I guess the Penthouse lawyers had the Pet of The Year Candidate forms re-written after Rixon won her case.

I would venture that after Ginger Miller and Stephanie Page (nee: Lewis) sued back-to-back that the Candidate agreement was re-written again !
