I certainly see the resemblance, and a couple of interesting spots/moles that seem to match.

Here is a slightly enhanced "crop" of the mystery picture.

There are no less than 3 models using the name "Courtney Taylor".

Following the link provided above, I certainly see a strong resemblance.

iafd says CT is 5'9".

Interesting: the last pic. in this post is of a different Courtney Taylor, according to iafd.

vef has 2 Courtney Taylor threads: #1, #2, and I'd say there's possibly confusion of data/links, & possibly content?--i.e. both threads claim to be for the one born in 1988, not the one born in 1976.

As far as I know, 1976 Courtney is the Courtney from the MB. She worked extensively for ALS and has an index there. She was also the March 2002 Pet, which absolutely precludes her from having been born in '88. In an interview found on another forum, she says she was 22 in 1998, doing test shoots for Playboy.

The '88 Courtney is a porn star, who pre-implants was frequently mistaken for '76 Courtney. She has actually commented about '76 Courtney on twitter, saying she was looking at past Pets on Babepedia and found herself, except there was of course a problem "In -" and a picture no longer there, but presumably a link to the date.

IAFD '76 Courtney is a hodgepodge of multiple actresses. The profile picture appears to be '76 Courtney, but there are credits for both her and another actress with a distinctive tattoo above her left breast. That actress is responsible for the hard scenes and her face clearly does not match the profile.
