question for Al Gebra in relation to above post - is it worth creating a miscellaneous cc classic model thread for models who only appeared once or twice in cc publications, then that way it will at least mop up the rest of of the pre-83 ids. If more definitive ids emerge for them at a later date then they can be updated

Same applies to Model IDs IMHO. We would need "unique" CC names to avoid IDs like Anne1, Anne2, Anne3, ... and so on. My personal rule of thumb is: four appearances at least are necessary to pay attention to a certain CC model.

ok, but that still leaves us with models without ids as far as this thread is concerned. how about assigning letter/number ids to the ones that don't qualify for threads e.g. CCC001, CCC002, etc?

this solution would be at least good for unknown cc models who appear in several cc galleries, this way you would gain a connection between those galleries.

this solution sounds good. in the case of the CC Girl id we would however need the most unique name used in one one of the mags. therefore its going to need input from those who have large collections.

anyway its something for the future. once i finally get round to updating the id sheets. i'll round up all the outstanding girls of the classic sets and put them forward for individual ids.

you can do it this way, too, though i prefer it "common over unique" - if a girl is shown 10 times as "Anne" and just 1 time as "Magdalena", i would rather keep the name of "Anne" for her, even if this name isn't unique at all. but if it's 1:1, the (most) unique name makes more sense.

i'm currently updating all the idsheets for the cc official sets id thread but i've hit a snag.

after my data loss i managed regain all the sets from the categories except the transsexual sets - i don't have any of those from set 65 onwards.

if anyone has these i'd greatly appreciate it if they can be pm'd to me... or perhaps point me in the direction of where they are available.
