Antoinette Bower's Flower
.
Ms. Bower played the sinister Gypsy woman Delilah Dovro in The Man from U.N.C.L.E. episode, "The Bow-Wow Affair." The image below is from Post #6, but when clicked on was offered in miniature. It's been treated for greater visibility. (Since the actress did not show much skin in her career, this was the rare "skinny" one, and we need to work with what we've got.) What in the world is that wording on her belly? A search revealed she has also appeared on Hogan's Heroes. In fact, she appeared thrice on this program, playing three different characters. Hope she didn't swoon over Bob Crane in all three episodes. Perhaps the one where she played a character named "Leni Richter" had an element of Ilse, She-Wolf of the SS. (Bob may have liked that, and probably not just Bob.) Ms. Bower played a scientist in the combo mummy / alien film, The Time Walker, from 1982. She was fifty. This photo is from the 'net, and was added as an afterthought, because she looked pretty damned nice. . |
