Have thought about this topic many times. I decided to archive all my material (gigs upon gigs of the stuff) onto DVDs and use CDLock on each one. All the movies are given numbers and I have a spreadsheet which tracks the database. The files cannot be played unless the pass is entered (long, complicated pass which has taken me a long time to memorise) and the spreadsheet is encrypted using Kremlin. Any new material I get is immediately Kremlin encrypted on my HD until I have enough to fill a DVD. I somehow think my partner (or kids) wouldn't bother going through channels to find a way to unlock the content on the DVDs and would just throw them all out.
But, as I will be dead, I will have no knowledge of being dead, I won't even know about the outcome. If it is ever somehow recovered and people hate me for my private life of porn, I will be too dead to be bothered |

Giving them away !
I have started clearing out my magazines. I didn't have time to scan all the magazines but I did scan the pictures I liked the most and of course posted them on this site. Then I started this thread to get rid of the magazines. The guy I sent the first batch to has already started posting scans from the mags I sent him: here and here
This way everybody wins |

I'm 54 years old, unmarried, and I had a huge magazine collection which I sold a year ago. It featured mostly Tracey West and Melanie Bolton, the best stuff those two girls ever did. Why did I get rid of it? Because I didn't want to end up facing this question when I reached age 65. After getting rid of all those magazines I fell into a huge depression and even contemplated suicide. I thought about trying to rebuild it but that was pointless, I had rare stuff that was in mint condition that I knew I would never find again. I come back to this forum from time to time because a lot of what I had has been posted here, but now I'm glad I got rid of it all. Every guy has got to get rid of this stuff eventually, you might as well plan in advance.

I have a younger brother. I expect he will do the right thing. To integrate my porn collection into his own.

In an almost similar situation I left a property leaving my porn stash of a couple of hundred mags and a few vids to be collected at a later date only to find out that the place had been cleared in my absense... Never could show my face around there again. It's a bit like when i would lend out a porn VHS to someone I would always make sure I re-wound it first so my mates didn't know where on the film I shot my bolt!!! i think a shrink would have a field day with me!

Why worry! You're dead. After the funeral people will forget about you. The fact is the vast majority have some sort of stash.

Many, many years ago I was helping my girlfriend, her mother and grandmother clean out the recently departed grandfather's office. There were stacks and stacks of "paperwork" everywhere which turned out to be a surprisingly complete collection of P***b** magazines from the early eighties to the mid nineties-there may have been more but that is what I saw. As my collection was from the early sixties to the early eighties I asked if I could have them.
All three of the ladies went into instant denial mode and we were swept out of the office and up the stairs. Conversation continued as if we had never even been in the room!!! I looked for Rod Serling hiding out behind the potted plants but no dice. They hired a company to clean out the office rather than face the truth-or let me face it, willingly, and for free. I cannot say if it tarnished their memory of him but it certainly effected them in a profound way!!! |

Is it a small world?
Quote:
Usually this shop has the well used and perhaps abused magazines, with only a few in good condition. This collection was almost all in top shape. I now wonder If I bought the bulk of your collection. It was almost enough to fill a cardboard magazine box (the fold it yourself kind, like comic book boxes). Or did I only get part of it. To tell the truth, I am a huge Melanie Bolton fan and while I like Tracey West I almost didn't buy the mags that only featured her. In my haste to get all these good quality back issues I even bought a few duplicates! As far as my mag stash... I would like to scan lots and then only keep the best/rarest couple of hundred. |

I'm taking mine with me (interactively)
I'm hoping they perfect hardwiring before I die.
That way I can surf on into the after-life and bonk Blondi every night before bed then do Dixie Downs every day before dawn. Here's to a happy afterlife! Last edited by blondifan; October 14th, 2009 at 01:31 PM.. |
