Gourmet Video has a collection of loops called "Lotsa Top" which has a loop featuring a brunette Candy. It's definitely her. Quality is pretty good.

Ok, this bothered me so I went and found the magazine I was looking for. I scanned this page from an issue of Velvet (don't know the issue or date as the cover and first few pages are missing). Candy was the letters editor at the time. According to this, the loop was called "Sweet Dreams of Candy" and the entire video was called "Candy's Sweet Interview". Now I feel better.
