Probably due to porn nowadays being categorised (niches), and also edited more. You must remember that back in the era of 'vintage porn', there was a smaller pool of males available and capable of spurting on cue.

I have seen this a few times myself too. As you mentioned, it's mostly in European porn. European vintage porn seems to have more grey areas than that of American origin
