I voted for the French Maid, but my choice would probably be Entirely NUDE. The vintage groovy hippy girl look with no lingerie or stockings whatsoever, man that does it for me.

An exceptions could be fishnets-stockings with garterbelts (no heels).

But above all: a nude model, no stockings, with only a pair of high-heel platform-shoes (groovy leather & cork? or the clear stripper-type) with bare feet in it, just the right amount of pubes and pale skin will make my day! (a freckly redhead with any of those combinations will take the medals :-). Must be my earliest porn-memory or something...
