For you gentlemen overseas, if you hav'nt heard of pot noodles they are a freeze dried snack in a plastic container, you pull away the foil top, pour on boiling water, stir, leave 4 mins, stir, top up with boiling water, leave for another 2 mins then chuck it in the f**king bin because they taste like cardboard and smell like feet!
