I think Russia should be classed not as a country but as an asset run by a few oligarchies, many of whose children are educated in the uk.

We can blame a lot of things against Occidental governments, but we (as Occidental citizen) have the possibilities to get informations that prove they not always were fair. Sometimes it's because they have to protect lobbies, sometimes it's because they have to protect our own life standard. It would be an hypocrisy to say that Occidental people would live like Indian or Somalian people.

But as you have observed, we often blame our own politicians.

Which kind of counter analysis there is in Russia today ?
Are you sure that Putin is not manipulated by a Russian plutocracy too ?
A lot of us (as I'm) suspect that huge financial interests dictate the rules of our Occidental leaders.
