How Do You sleep
How do you sleep? We spend a lot of time sleeping. I have a sleep problem; I don't sleep well. When on my own I lie down and try breathing stuff. Then the milkman arrives-4am toss and turn-then the planes take off from George Best airport.
Maybe we can help each other here

I work nights so my sleep time is @ 8.00 am to 15.00 pm.
Things which can feck up my sleep include trapped wind (try to burp or fart before nodding off) NEVER eat breakfast cereals (Bran Flakes, Corn Flakes, Weetabix, etc) before going to bed. Remember Napoleon's motto when he went to bed: "Throw off your problems when you throw off your clothes" ( Thank you for that James Herriot ) If you do wake up, always have a good book to hand, something nice like H.E. Bates Larkin books. If all else fails remember, there's probably a good reason that you're awake. Hope that helps. |

Very badly, keep looking at the clock and see time passing 2am 3am 4am etc, the alarm goes off 0645 and I lie there for 15/30 minutes then get up.
Have done for years with few exceptions. I must get the odd sleep sessions but only get the regulation 8hrs with the benefit of a hangover. |

I sleep like a corpse. The only thing that can interrupt me is when I have to take a piss which is something I hate because my sleep gets even deeper and longer. Apart from that, not even bombs could wake me up. My paternal grandfather had the same deep sleep until he definitely went to sleep in 1997.

I am a college student (that means I am unemployed with a bleak future).
I sleep whenever there is a break in class work (I wank a lot. Constantly). |

I sleep pretty hard. It takes a lot to wake me up.
But I never feel rested in the morning. I don't understand why. |
