Called Elmira in Busty Blackbirds v1 #2 (Pompeii Press,1980,5.50 cover price). Sometimes called Patrice. Not in many mags.

In her loop appearances, she was consistently referred to as Patrice. She appears in Richard Rank #193 as Patrice (see below) and also in the 1982 loop compilation "Ebony Blue" along with several other ebony models of the same era (Margaret Wallace, Mary Cooper, Vickie Dubrow, Fransene Smith, Edna, Melody [Players mag], etc) Those Richard Rank loops had a basic premise of the girl calling their boyfriends and then diddling themselves when the boyfriend couldn't service them.

Thanks, I was unaware she did loops - when video emerged in the 1970s, it cost an arm and a leg, and I couldn't afford everything so I decided to stick with mags and ignore video.

A lot of people bought videos and then couldn't afford to buy magazines, and a number of long-running magazines failed in the late 1970s. (Modern Man, Ace, Rogue, etc.)

And thanks again, I did notice that Elissa Harmon (Swank/D-Cup calls her Shana Wingate; GEM calls her Shane) has several pages in this mag; it appears on e*ay about every few years so I'm keeping an eye out for its next appearance.

Pompeii, Sierra Press, and Nuance mags have a lot of models I recognize and like.

Not the same woman on the cover. Carla and Patrice are two different women. The loop box was either wrong or someone messed up matching the box with the loop itself.

Oh, you're right. Thanks. I found this scene together with the mismatched Carla box cover on another site using Pimeyes and didn't look at it closely enough. The scene features Patrice aka Elmira, but the box cover does not. I just located the correct loop for that cover in a compilation called 'Sleazy 70s Stags Vol. 1 (Loops 1-12).' I'm not going to post screens or a link here for fear of causing even more confusion. Thanks again.

The loop of Patrice that you posted also appears in 1982's loop carrier "Ebony Blue" but in better color. (The one you posted has a greenish cast to my eye) Based on the clothes she is wearing in #193, the one you posted is a 2nd and likely later appearance in the series. All the loops in this carrier originate from the Richard Rank solo series and this particular carrier is all ebony themed as I mentioned earlier in the thread.

PS IAFD lists the release as 1986 but that is incorrect. These loops were likely done between 1980 and 1982.
