Nowhere so far. I'm alluding to a platitude advocated by free market enthusiasts that hard work is best rewarded in capitalism. I guess a single mother working three jobs to make ends meet or a doctor saving lives during his/her 15-hour shifts is not as rich as Paris Hilton because he/she is not working hard enough.
