I found this version of one of the original pics that seems to have more damage than the version shown earlier in this thread - maybe someone had tried to fix the damage for publication - but this version seems to show the mole on the right breast (as seen in the "glasses and leaning-forward pic in post #10). It's faint but it's there - you can see it best by making the pic slightly, but not much, bigger. Proof that it's her? I'm going for yes.

Any thoughts?

I've done some work in GIMP to clean up one of the two nude Lorraine photos. It's always been my opinion that they are both photos of her, and it was slightly disappointing how much dust and scratches were on the photos. I think the cleaned up version is a vast improvement so I'll give the second one a go when I get chance.

I'm affraid this LK thing is wishful thinking.
yep she would have the same moles if the head was pasted on.
Look at the picture, the head is too big for the body, there is a necklace that is perfect for hiding photoshop joins. The pic looks aged artificially. She doesnt look young enough. Look at the younger lorraine in the earler posts. It just isnt worth the tissues.

Wherever the photo originated, the fact that there is a second photo from a different angle with what appears to be the same head (same eyebrows, hairstyle and all), that also looks uncannily like Lorraine, I'm gonna say it is her.

I've also uploaded a larger version than the one previously posted in this thread.

OK Lads, here she is as god and Kodak intended ....

I am not entering the debate as to whether its Ms Kelly, and so you pays your money and makes your choice (but I did spend a lot of time sympathetically cleaning these properly ... ), however I will simply say this. As a regular repairer of old photos for this site, the scuff marks, scratches and general dirt are totally consistent with a self developing Polaroid shot of the period.

There was no evidence of faking, and I have not spotted enhancements on any part of the pictures (and as I know how to do this, I can see if its poorly done ... colour or clone blur when super enhanced for example). That's not to say they are not faked ... I could do it myself. But what I am saying is that they are not obviously fakes, and considering the low fame of the subject, it would be a lot of effort for little reward.

So in my mind the question is simply one of identification .... anyway enjoy

I posted these specially cleaned (all whitespots, scratches and stains removed), pictures back in 2012, and re-upped on the post in 2014, but I guess the links must have died and the post was eventually removed ... I probably didn't notice when we lost a lot of posts a year or so ago. I was only reminded because she's on a lot of TV at the moment, so here they are again (extra tweak) along with the tell tale mouth and gum line evidence that its her. Credit to op's of the original pictures in earlier posts.

Well known fakes.

In the first pic you can see the lighter coloured hair of the original Reader's Wife behind the dubbed on head.

'Well known fake' .... you mean her denials? I guess its up to mods .... there are other posts of these pictures on the thread. Personally I am not as convinced as the poster who claims 'fake'.

Then a junior member comes along and posts it AGAIN!!!

And it's time that the continual posting of the two pictures over and over again in this post should cease!!

But I know 'for sure' that it's 'MY' post that will be deleted
