Old 70s french sex club/orgy film?

Hello, I remember one night staying up late and watching an old film from what i believe is the 70's I believe it was on the Playboy channel. It was dubbed, so I am guessing it was french. It had an Emmanuelle-style plot, it was a young woman with an older gentleman who took her around an asian country exposing her to different sexual encounters. One scene they went to a sweaty sex club and she was brought to a room where many men surrounded her and gang banged her until she was spent and lying on the floor. Another scene is where two asian men were fighting in a ring/cagematch type situation and the winner of the fight was then allowed to fuck her. I believe the movie was softcore, but could have easily been cut down from harcore to appear on Playboy Channel or cinemax which i saw it. Anyone know what movie this is? I would love to see it again!

was one of the scenes where the girl went and play a card game with local chinese men and when she looses, the winner gets to fuck her and when she wins, she gets the money?
