She is "Osuma" from Scene 5 of Horizon Entertainment's "Assasins", released in March 2011.

I have not been able to find this model listed at any of the usual index sites, and the studio indicates that this is the only scene she did for them.

Unfortunately, SeaPorn appears to be the only distributor, and my attempts to provide an "anonomized" web-link have not succeeded, the www address is automatically obliterated by asterisks.
